WARRANTIES

If within one year your Hunters Element product is found to have a manufacturer fault in any way, we will repair or replace it for free.
RETURNS
WARRANTY ISSUES:
Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. Please use our Contact Us page to notify us of the issue, including photos and proof of purchase.
INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:
If you received an item different than what was described on the website — wrong size, colour, or style — please get in touch via our Contact Us page and we’ll help you out.
Sizing Returns & Other: For online order returns relating to instances where the size of items needs to be changed, we will provide store credit for the value of the item purchased assuming the gear is in brand new condition and all of the tags are still on.
For a successful return request please attach a photo of the product showing the defect, or for size swaps, show the product in new condition with the tags on and include it when you get in touch.
