Most down products come from untraceable sources, many of which are the product of live plucking. Liveplucking of birds is extremely cruel, and something we aren't willing to have anything to do with. We have gone togreat lengths to ensure that 100% of our fill products are either sourced from fully traced, ethical supply chains,or premium quality synthetic alternatives.
Our search for a responsible down product led us toPrimaloft® Black Eco®. This is a new fill that is 100% synthetic, with strong warmth to weight and packability,great performance in wet weather and in breathability. 60% of this fill is made from post-consumer recycledmaterial which is great for the environment and it boasts the maximum warmth to weight for this category.
